Love adventure? Meet Michaela. She’s always down for a rugged hike, a distant voyage, or a heart-of-the-city venture. Even more, Michaela is ready to explore and traverse whatever’s necessary to help students and adults discover the freedom, joy, and purpose God has for each one of them.
A gracious truth-teller and avid learner, Michaela thrives on digging deep into God’s Word to propel and equip others toward a Kingdom adventure of their own. Her greatest desire is that people know God intimately, serve Him naturally, and share Him intentionally.
Michaela was raised in Columbia, South Carolina and now resides on the campus of Southern Wesleyan University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in religion in 2018. Along with her ongoing work as a Forge Firebrand, she serves the SWU campus community as Assistant Resident Director and Director of the Hall Chaplain Program.
Michaela’s passion for God and His Kingdom, her ongoing experience with youth and young adults, and her love for connecting people to God and His Word, collectively make Michaela a great traveling partner for people of all ages wanting to adventure with God.
