Creatively engaging culture for Kingdom purposes
Count on former gospel rap artist Fred Lynch to deliver truth with creativity and humor.
Fred is a Forge speaker whose winsome storytelling draws audiences to discover a deep passion for intimacy with God and a wide vision for transforming their communities.
At age 16, Fred attended Christ For The Nations Institute and received an associate degree in practical theology—and he’s been active in ministry ever since.
In 1987, he formed one of the first acts in the Christian rap/hip-hop genre—called P.I.D., Preachers In Disguise—as a ministry to blend evangelism and discipleship with rap, rhythm and contemporary music that resulted in six albums and a founding role in three production companies.
As he travels internationally to minister in a broad range of cultural and urban settings, he still enjoys rapping, as well as speaking, and has seen countless people come to know the Lord.
Fred and his wife, D’Ann, have two children.
