Julia Michael

We recently hosted a high school spring break group, and gosh the Lord did a powerful work in these students’ lives! Many felt affirmed in their God-given identities and empowered to pour out His love to those they encounter at school, church and beyond. Witnessing Jesus meet with these students was incredible to watch.

I’ve included a Forge staff picture from when we were recently treated by our Board members to a fancy lunch on Maundy Thursday. This breaking of bread together was a beautiful reminder of Jesus’ sacrifice and the lavish love He pours out on each of us. Truly humbling! I also created some special Easter graphics for Forge, so check out our Facebook & Instagram if you missed them (@forginglives)!

Summer is fast approaching and the office is buzzing with anticipation for all of our students to arrive! Staff is in prep mode, as we get classes and excursions finalized. The halls of Forge will soon be filled with high school students and young adults (we’ll also host a family camp at the end of June) and we’re expectant for all God has in store. Prayers for this summer are much appreciated!

Your prayers and gifts have played a HUGE part in these individuals being challenged in their faith, and in them encountering Jesus, so THANK YOU! We always reference Luke 10:2, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few…”, however we’ve started saying that the Laborers are surely increasing! Praise God!

Love you all,
Julia
